I’m laying down right now, trying to sleep. My mom just got home from work and she walks in my room, sees me laying in bed, (I’m turned away from her) and says “must be nice” thinking that im sleeping, and walks out.
Yes, mother. It’s very nice, thank you. Especially since I have worked the last nine days in a row including the second busiest holiday we’ve had this year and more than half those days I didn’t get a break or lunch.
But really, I could say the same for you. It must be nice to work four hours, get a three hour break and then work three more hours. You get weekends and the entire summer off. Dang, that must be nice…
